Do I have to have an account to order?

No, all you need to order and track your order is an email address. If you want a faster checkout experience, add items to your wishlist and receive order updates, we recommend creating a DAM account.

In addition, if you create an account and place an order, you are automatically enrolled in our loyalty program Access. Here you are rewarded for shopping – each purchase brings you closer to more exclusive benefits. From priority sales and priority customer service to unlimited free shipping and your own stylist.

Shipping costs SEK 45 within Sweden, but if you order goods over SEK 500, you get free shipping.

How is the product shipped?

We send our products with Postnord and it should be delivered in your mailbox unless the package is too big. If the package is too large, you will receive a letter in the post or an email about where you can pick up your package.

I forgot my password, what do I do now?

Click the Forgot your password link on our login page and enter your email address. You will then receive an email with a reset link.

How do I receive updates from DAM via email?

Stay up-to-date on newly arrived creations, trends and exclusive campaigns by filling in your email address at the bottom of our website. You can then manage your email settings under My Account.

How do I order on the site?

Do this:

  1. Select the item you want to buy and click Add to Cart. Once you have added all the items, proceed to checkout.

  2. Log in to your account if you are not already logged in. If you don't have an account, you can continue as a guest.

Then fill in your email address, payment details and delivery method to complete your order. We will confirm the order and then carefully prepare it before sending it to you. We will keep you updated as time goes on.

Can I cancel my DAM order or change it?

Yes, it may be possible to cancel certain items before we process your order. Go to Orders & returns.

You cannot add items to an existing order, but you can place a new order for those items.

I accidentally placed two orders, can I cancel one of them?

Absolutely! Please send us the order number of your order and we will cancel it immediately.

Unfortunately, both orders have already been shipped from our warehouse and cannot be canceled. However, you can return one product after it has been delivered and receive a full refund for the product.

When will I receive my item and how can I track the delivery?

Once your order has been confirmed, it will be shipped within 2-3 business days. Delivery time is normally 2-7 days after the item has been sent, depending on destination and delivery method. If you ordered from several DAM partners, your goods will be delivered separately and you will receive separate delivery notices. We will keep you updated with tracking information and estimated delivery date.

How do I return an item?

How to return:

  1. Log in to your DAM account and go to Orders & Returns. Ordered as a guest? Send your order details here .

  2. Find the order you want to return and click Return Item(s).

  3. Enter item and reason for return.

I have returned my product but not yet received a refund?

After you contacted us, we will contact the warehouse immediately and see what happened. Could you please send a picture of the receipt you received from the post office when you sent the package. If the product has not been tracked, we cannot know what happened if the warehouse does not have it.
